THAI KOON GROUP Honors Thai Songkran Tradition, Embracing the Values of "Beyond Good Steel"
On April 11, 2025, THAI KOON GROUP held a traditional Rod Nam Dam Hua ceremony, where employees paid respect to senior staff and management to celebrate Songkran, the Thai New Year.
The event was organized to preserve Thai cultural heritage and strengthen organizational bonds under the concept of "Beyond Good Steel," which reflects the company’s four core values: Good Hand, Good Head, Good Heart, and Good Hope.
This activity invited all employees to participate in a water-pouring ritual over a Buddha image and seek blessings from executives and senior staff, as a gesture of respect and to invite prosperity. The ceremony took place in an atmosphere filled with smiles, warmth, and unity, reflecting the strong bonds within the organization.
This activity, in alignment with the “Beyond Good Steel” concept, represents more than the production of high-quality steel—it also reflects THAI KOON GROUP’s commitment to enhancing employees’ quality of life, instilling ethics and values, and connecting internal organizational values with the broader society. The Rod Nam Dam Hua ceremony was not only a cultural celebration but also a powerful expression of the company’s dedication to building a value-driven organization, moving forward together toward a brighter future. It embodied Good Head through the sharing of wisdom and insights from company leaders, aiming to inspire and uplift the workforce. It also highlighted Good Heart, showing the company’s care for human well-being and a culture that harmonizes with its mission—fostering an environment where every employee is encouraged to adapt, grow, and help drive the organization’s success.
